HIGHLIGHTS

  • This tour is on small country roads open to traffic. The pace is meant to be casual and enjoyable for healthy people in reasonably good shape who are comfortable riding a bicycle. The total riding distance is typically between 15 and 20 Km and the route does contain a number of small rolling hills. We would describe the largest of these hills as the equivalent of a couple flights of stairs. Whether you are an avid cyclist or a beginner, there is no better way to experience this tour.

What clothes and footwear should I take on treks?
On a more physical trip like this, hiking boots are definitely recommended. In most of the trip hiking boots or sneakers/runners will be adequate. Many Intrepid treks will be hiking in near freezing environments in winter, so please be sure to research the climate and weather conditions at the time of year you will be trekking and pack accordingly.
I’m travelling alone – is that OK?
This is the beauty of the Intrepid style of travel: many of our travelers join because they are traveling solo and want to meet and share experiences with like-minded people
Will I need a sleeping bag/mat/tent?
On our camel trekking trips we provide the tent and sleeping mats, but you will need to bring your own sleeping bag and mat.
What will be the food like on my trip?
Iranian food is always super delicious especially traditional ones. During this trip water and traditional food will be served. If you have any dietary issues, please inform your tour consultant in advance.
Are there any age restriction to participate in this tour?
Yes. The average rang of appropriate age would be 18 to 58. In case of any willingness to participate in tour for others please contact us and consult with your tour expert.
